SCAU is the provincial university unitedly built by Guangdong Province and the ministry of agriculture. It is a national key university and a provincial key 211 university and a key university of high-level universities in Guangdong Province.

IFE provided 98 units of elevators for south China agricultural university.

SCAU cooperated with IFE about 6 years. In 2009, SCAU's elevator installation project gained extensive attention from the society.
