1. High-performance core components to meet high-intensity operating requirements

To achieve large passenger flow, first of all, the quality of the core components of the heavy-duty escalator must be excellent. The deflection of IFE's GRACES-700 heavy-duty escalator truss is not greater than 1/1500 of the support distance, and the thickness of the hot-dip galvanized zinc layer is not less than 100μm. High-quality truss welding brings a safer carrying experience for high-density passenger flow.

The escalator drive host adopts the reducer imported from Germany, which not only meets the needs of high-intensity use, but also saves energy and protects the environment. Between the escalator truss and the building, a cast steel sprocket is used, which is wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant and has a longer service life.

2. Multi-layer protection measures to fully guarantee safe operation

In terms of safety protection, the safety factor of the cascade chain of IFE's heavy-duty escalator exceeds 8 times, and multi-layer protection measures are set up, such as anti-rust measures for mechanical structures, protection of electrical components shells, and waterproof or sealing measures for important parts. There are more than 30 safety protection devices in the whole elevator, which fully guarantee the safe operation of public transportation elevators with high daily loads.

Moreover, IFE has also designed a ladder anti-lifting device. When there are foreign objects such as rollers, strollers, etc. stuck on the adjacent steps, it will automatically trigger the safety device and stop the stairs immediately, minimizing the risk of people trapping and reducing accidents.
