As a premium residential benchmark on the front line of the Moscow River, ЖК МАРК possesses rare river scenery resources and consists of three high-rise and super-high-rise residential buildings. This architectural scale places extremely high demands on living comfort and vertical transportation efficiency. 

Throughout the selection process, the project prioritized technical advancement, safety, reliability, and design adaptability as core criteria. Ultimately, IFE stood out with its comprehensive solutions and core technical advantages.

Addressing the high-end positioning and architectural characteristics of ЖК МАРК, IFE conducted a full-scale customized design. Through meticulous material selection and stylistic refinement, the elevator cars are deeply integrated into the overall architectural aesthetic of the residences. At the intelligent level, the elevators are equipped with an intelligent control system. For 43-story super-high-rise residences, vertical transportation efficiency is the critical bottleneck in resident experience. The 3.5m/s speed significantly reduces travel time for residents. Simultaneously, precision vibration and noise reduction technologies, combined with a stable drive system, ensure comfort and safety during high-speed operation—perfectly matching the needs of super-high-rise living.
